UPCOMING EVENTS

  • The next DA meeting is this Tuesday, June 23, at 8pm EST on UStream. (Be sure to stick around afterward for another “Late Night Snack with Andrew Slack”!)
  • June 30th marks the launch of the Top 100 Lessons from WWDD, as well as more information on our partnership with the Love in the Sky project.
  • Azkatraz is coming (July 17-21)! All proceeds fro the Wrock Around the Rock event will be divided between the Harry Potter Alliance and Amnesty International. To register or find out more, click here.

NEWS

  • On June 19, Harry and the Potters played their 500th show. Watch this video to celebrate along with them, while remembering that the weapon we have is love.
  • Andrew calls attention to the situation in Iran and posts a link to a video explaining what’s going on.

IRAN

  • Grace blogs about her reactions to the failure of the mainstream media to cover the events in Iran, while Hope discusses what this means in terms of Old Media versus New Media.
  • Zivlok weighs in on the Twitter revolution and updates about events in Iran.
