Just as Dumbledore and Harry broke the world’s silence around Voldemort’s return, the HP Alliance is breaking the world’s silence around some of our world’s most pressing issues at rapid speed!

Today my article, A New Hope To End Genocide was published in the Huffington Post. Not only is it full of references to Harry Potter and Star Wars, it more importantly addresses how during this fifteenth anniversary of the Rwandan genocide President Obama and our allies can avoid another 1,000,000 Africans being killed by protecting Darfuri refugees.

Please read the article, please comment on the article, and please pass it around. When articles like this are popular on sites like the Huffington Post it reminds the mainstream media that the public wants them to break the silence and report more on Darfur.

Whoah, whoah, whoah! I woke up today to get an email from a friend about this very cool article about Wizard Rock, Wrockstock, and the HPA in over 70 articles across the world. Awesome!

Just a quick couple corrections to the article. When I was quoted as saying that literature can be a collective experience as well as a solitary one, I was actually quoting my close friend Paul DeGeorge of Harry and the Potters. Any way, the reporter was very nice and I am grateful for an article that calls attention to both the HPA but to the amazing Wizard Rock community that so many of us are a part of and of course, to our dear beloved Wrockstock. Wrock On!!!!

The HPA is on today’s front page of UN Radio with an awesome interview by Elena Vapnitchnaia and featuring myself and Alina, a dedicated HPA member. Try and listen if you can. It’s really great!
